Can a Man use the Women’s products?

Yes, they can. Our Men & Women’s products, from the same category, have similar calorie composition. The primary difference between them is that Men’s product have a slightly higher %age of protein in it; the Women’s products additionally include Vitamin K, Calcium & Iron.

Is real food better than protein powder?
